How to Register

If you’re ready to register, download and complete the appropriate registration form(s) opposite.

Don’t worry if you get stuck or you’re unsure about what to include on the forms – you can call us at any point and we’ll clarify everything with you. The completed forms will contain key information that will help us understand more about your organisation and which parts will be in scope for assessment.

We’ll use this key information to complete an assessment agreement which confirms timescales, scope and costs.

Remember:

Part A looks at an organisation’s customer service process to explore how well it understands and responds to employers’ needs. All organisations seeking certification must be assessed against Part A.

Part B looks at any specialist sector areas an organisation might seek to develop expert products and services for to explore how well it understands and responds to the needs of that sector.
