TQS for Employers

A version of the Standard has also been developed so that in-house training departments of private or public sector employers can seek certification.

Applying for the Training Quality Standard for Employers (TQSE) will help your organisation to:

• Continuously improve by benefiting from a rigorous, independent and confidential view of your activities

• Demonstrate your responsiveness and expertise within the training sector

Assessors will look for evidence that you continuously improve, learn and innovate, that your training and development solutions are delivered to the highest standards and that they are aligned with corporate aims and objectives.
